Draft Disability Standards for Employment were released for comment in 1998 (see HREOC website).

The draft Standards have not proceeded further due to a lack of agreement as to how they should best be regulated.

In the meantime, the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission has prepared a Frequently Asked Questions document.
