The AFDO Annual Disability Advocacy Conference is a key event for the Disability Sector bringing together representatives from Disabled Peoples Organisations, disability advocates and community leaders, as well as attendees from the broader disability sector, to discuss issues affecting people with lived experience of disability, celebrate our successes and reflect on how we meet the challenges ahead.
The 2023 Conference also marks 20 years since AFDO was established to act as a voice for disabled people’s representative organisations. AFDO proudly remains run by people with disability for people with disability across Australia.
The AFDO Disability Advocacy Conference is an excellent opportunity for our sector to come together for thought provoking discussion, knowledge exchange , planning and networking. The conference is also an excellent professional development opportunity for new team members.
