The Forum marks a major milestone in our collective efforts to advance disability employment, inclusion, and leadership across Australia.

The theme, Beyond employment to career progression, encapsulates the essence of our discussions and deliberations over these important days. Together, we will explore innovative strategies and best practices aimed at creating meaningful career pathways for individuals with disabilities. This Forum offers a unique opportunity to amplify voices, share experiences, and forge collaborations that will drive positive change in disability employment and inclusion. By dismantling barriers and advocating for systemic transformation, we can harness the talents and contributions of individuals with disabilities to create a more inclusive workforce.

We extend a warm invitation to all delegates, speakers, and participants. Your presence and engagement will be instrumental in shaping the discourse and charting a course towards a more equitable and inclusive future. We look forward to welcoming you to Sydney this September for what promises to be an enlightening and transformative event.
